Carbide tool production medium recovery system
The recovery system of the cemented carbide tool production medium consists of a cooler, a gas water separator and a vacuum pump. The gas-water separator is used to separate the grinding medium and gas left by the cooler, and allows some of the alcohol gas to be condensed while passing through the cold alcohol layer at the bottom thereof, thereby preventing the contamination of the vacuum pump oil and improving the recovery rate of the alcohol. The outlet is connected to a vacuum pump, and the inlet is connected to the cooler via a hose with a glass tube. The chiller is the primary equipment for the media recovery system and has the same principle as a conventional serpentine cooler.
